Thermal Power Plant working process with flow details-

1. DeMinralize plant(DM) me borwell Se water lekr water ko DeMinralize krke dm water tank me collect krta hai, jise Dm water transfer pump k through ese Dearator me le Jata hai es pipe line ko mackup water line kahte hain.

2. Water Dearator se Boiler feed Pump me jata hai aur yah BFP bhi kahlata hai eske through ye Boiler feed water line se hoker Boiler feed station se connect ho jata hai jo Boiler k Economiser-1 k inlet header me inlet krta hai.

3. Jab High temperature flue gas water ko Steam me Convert krta hai to yah Super heater k outlet link k through Highly temperature and Pressure k sath hota hai (jo super heated hota hai).

4. Ye Steam Main steam line k through hote hue TG building me jata hai jo wahan turbine se flange k sath Connect ho jata.

5. Turbine me jab Highly pressurize aur temperature k sath steam enter krta hai to Turbine Rotate krne lgti hai. ( turbine ka shaft Gear Box se aur gear box ka shaft generator se connect hota hai )

6. Turbine se steam nikal kr Bypass Duct k through yah Cooling tower (Condenser) me chla jata hai cooling tower es steam ko condensate krke water me Convert krta hai.

7. Jab steam condensate ho jata hai to yah Cooling tower k condensate steam tank (CST) me collect hota hai.

8. CST k condensed water ko Cooling Exertion pump (CEP) Ejector k surface condenser ese aur condensate kr water k temperature ko down krne me help krta hai aur glen steam condenser bhi same krta hai but eska circulation pipe line CST me reverse ata hai aur cooling me help krta hai.

9. Fir yah Condensate water CST se CEP k through Ejector (Surface Condenser) aur glen steam condenser se hote hue wapas yah Dearator me chla jata hai.

10. Boiler aur Dearator k bich me jo water ya steam losses hote hain use DM water k mackup water line pura krta hai. 

Thermal Power plant k water se steam bankr power generation me yah water ka steam me aur steam ka water me Convert hona aur eska circulations chalta rhta hai.
